New Parent Accounts for the 2019-2020 School Year:
What is FinalForms: FinalForms is an online forms and data management service that replaces paper forms. FinalForms allows you to electronically complete and sign back-to-school and athletic participation forms for your student. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves your data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time during the school year to verify it is current. You will only be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
First Step: You will receive a FinalForms email during the week of July 15th. Once the email is received, click “confirm your account” in the email text and follow the instructions. Please review the guidance provided for parent registration and registering a student by clicking the following link: Parent Registration Information
